Jerod Smalley is an American Sports Director at WCMH-TV, NBC4, nbc4i.com. He was born in February of 1979, at Cabell Huntington Hospital, and grew up in West Virginia together with his parent Rhonda and Jerry, but Jerod had an OSU flag hanging on his bedroom wall.
